I have been using Sensa for around 6 months. I really like the energy, I experience without and the overall mental attitude that I get towards food. I have shed, so far, a total of 55 lbs, along with consuming good quality and also little workout. I have put off the excess weight, even once I stopped using it. I wish I had this product years ago
ReplyDeleteI tried using Sensa, however this is my experience. I can't suggest what exactly Sensa will probably do to you and anyone besides. This could be just a recount of my past experiences. I'm not in need of reinforcement, I simply want to present an additional perspective for those in search of user viewpoints.
ReplyDeleteI used it for around 2 months, and I used it on around 75% of my daily meals.
For me personally I hardly ever got a change in my appetite or portions eaten. I didn't find that the taste specifically, even though my friend tried it and got sick I don't think I lost any pounds either. It might have worked in case I had kept using it, however I had a weird side-effects.
I dropped lots of my sense of smell. I possibly could still tastes things, though it was muted. I didn't smell about 90% of the things I had subjected to and what I did smell usually smelled like overcooked toast. It took around 4 to 5 months for this do go away after I gave up on using it. Sensa might work properly for you, and I hope you the best of luck in your weight loss journey no matter what path you finally choose.

ReplyDeleteSensa is not a scam. The product does well with me atleast. It is easy to use. I feel more energetic with it.
DeleteI was unable to come across any specific side effects for Sensa from the web research I saw. Some people have claimed that Sensa knocked out the sense of taste and caused leg cramping. It’s hard to know how prevalent these side effects are, or if they really are negative effects of Sensa itself. Sensa may have soy, but how much I don’t know. Whenever unsure, in case you have problems with soy, this might be a specific thing to consider.

I have used Sensa for 12 weeks but unfortunately it doesn't work for me. I am totally frustrated about Sensa. Please recommend some good diet pill for me.
ReplyDeleteThanks in advance.
This stuff is useless. My wife followed the directions exactly as mentioned on the Sensa bottle and was continually nauseous. She did not lose any weight and this stuff should be banned completely.
